Dhairya Kumar Singh

Dhairya has completed his B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, and has successfully cleared the All India Bar Examination, qualifying him to practice law. He has developed substantial experience in the fields of Banking and Finance, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law, and contractual disputes, building a strong foundation in both litigation and advisory work.

Over the course of his professional engagement, he has cultivated proficiency in legal research, drafting, and litigation strategy. He has been extensively involved in the preparation of pleadings, legal opinions, agreements, and other critical legal documents, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a thorough understanding of procedural and substantive law. His work reflects the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical, client-oriented solutions.

Dhairya has also gained valuable courtroom exposure by appearing and assisting in matters before various District Courts as well as the Delhi High Court. He has appeared before courts across Delhi and the NCR region, as well as before various forums and commissions, gaining wide-ranging exposure to diverse legal proceedings. Through this, he has developed familiarity with court procedures, effective advocacy, and case management.
